Crisping began around our very own kitchen table. The unmatched taste of California citrus, picked from our backyard sparked an idea to dehydrate the fruit into a crisp. Through our slow dehydration process we created the perfect technique to preserve the fruit’s natural aroma, taste and nutrients without adding any preservatives, additives or sugar. This defines our product as the only one of it's kind!
Our fruits are attuned to the California seasonal market. We personally select each batch from our local farms and import one specialty item which is the Hawaiian pineapple. All of our fine products are thin-sliced, dehydrated, and hand package in our Los Angeles shop.
